Football Fight!!
Here are some pictures from the third annual football game against St. Francis de Sales
Warming up before the game
Getting a pep talk
Fr. Klukas prior to blessing the teams and the field
Preparing to vest
Being helped into his cope by the cheer leading squad
Timothy wearing Fr. Klukas' Capela Romana
Censing and praying for the teams
Getting ready for the snap
We lost this year but that still doesn't convince me of Papal Supremacy!
Such fun! The Capela Romana makes me think of Father Brown, in the mystery where he sees himself in the mirror, and the interrogators ask him what the figure looked like (not what it was), so he went into detail about how the figure looked like a bull with horns. When they finally asked the right question, and he answered that he had actually seen a reflection of himself, he had to explain how his hat made it look like he had horns. So. Anyway. That was my rabbit trail for the day. :o)

The picture of Timothy in the hat is really cute!
