Highlights from Mother's Day...
Pretty much in reverse order.

Rachel and Antonio, and Matthew, accidentally pretending to be a creepy stalker-type.

Pretty Japanese garden.

Some of the Koi. If you look closely you can see there was one with blue coloring...I thought it was really pretty.

David.

Can you say "chubby"?

Babe...
Noelle and David have this make-believe they play that they call "Babe." "Wanna play Babe?" says Noelle. And she's not referring to the movie about the pig (they haven't seen that movie in years anyway).
One day when Forrest came home, before he got to the livingroom where I was, he walked past the kids' bedroom door (to the kitchen--they have two doors to their room) and heard David going "Waa! Waa!" He said he was thinking, "What is that--what's going on in there??" And then he heard Noelle say, "It's okay, Babe, Mama's here!"
Usually, the roles are a little different. The other day in the car, Noelle said to David, "Dad, give it back to Babe." Apparently Timothy is their baby; Noelle is the mom, of course. Timothy somewhat resents this but smiles and says "I'm not Babe!!" when we play along and refer to him as Babe. We don't persist in it, though.
